Information we collect

The Site has no accounts or sign-up forms. We collect information in the following ways:

• Usage analytics (PostHog). We use PostHog to understand how the Site is used. It records the pages you view, clicks on certain links and buttons (such as our project links and "Work with us"), where on a page you click and how far you scroll, errors that occur in your browser, your browser and device type, and the website that referred you. To count unique visitors without cookies, PostHog combines your IP address and browser information into an anonymous ID that changes every day. Your IP address itself is not stored, and visits on different days can't be linked together. We do not record your screen or your sessions.
• Aggregate analytics (Plausible). We also use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data. It gives us overall statistics, such as page views and referring websites.
• Hosting and security (Cloudflare). The Site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and request details to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
• Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.

Cookies

The Site doesn't use cookies, and our analytics tools don't store identifiers in your browser's local or session storage.

How we use information

• To understand how visitors use the Site and improve it
• To find and fix errors
• To keep the Site secure and running
• To reply to your messages

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site (PostHog, Plausible, and Cloudflare), who process it on our behalf, or when we are required to by law.

Where your information is processed

Hollow Inc. is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate.

How long we keep it

We keep analytics data only for as long as it helps us understand how the Site is used, and we keep emails for as long as we need them to respond and maintain our records.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy
